Arch Tech Automation Inc. is a Western Canada instrumentation services company specializing in the rebuild, repair, and calibration of industrial instrumentation. With over 20 years of hands-on experience, our particular expertise lies in automatic liquid sampler rebuilds, with extensive experience servicing Jiskoot, Clif Mock, and Welker units. Beyond samplers, we provide comprehensive rebuild, repair, and calibration services for the full range of industrial instrumentation including control valves, regulators, chemical pumps, transmitters, and pneumatic controllers and recorders. We serve clients in the oil & gas, mining, pulp & paper, and general process industries across Alberta, Saskatchewan, and British Columbia. Our Alberta clients include operators throughout the oil sands, heavy oil, and conventional pipeline sectors. In addition to our shop-based services, Arch Tech Automation Inc. offers onsite instrumentation contracting throughout Western Canada. Every unit we service is fully tested and returned with complete documentation.

Complete teardown, inspection, and rebuild of automatic liquid samplers. All necessary parts are replaced, and grab size is adjusted to customer specification.
Full rebuild and calibration of sliding stem, rotary, and specialty control valves. Pneumatic actuator overhaul included.
Pressure and back-pressure regulator service for gas and liquid applications. Spring and seat replacement performed as required, with a calibration report included with every unit.
Diaphragm, peristaltic, and piston chemical injection pump rebuilds for corrosive and hazardous fluid service.
Bench calibration of pressure, differential pressure, temperature, and flow transmitters. Full as-found and as-left calibration certificates provided with every unit.
Repair and calibration of pneumatic pressure and temperature controllers and chart recorders. Restored to accurate, reliable operation with full calibration documentation provided.
